Through the audit form we only collect the data you voluntarily provide:

• Full name
• Company name
• Contact email
• Your website address and, optionally, your app
• Comments on what you want us to review

We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out profiling.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data to respond to your request, prepare the free audit and, where appropriate, send you a commercial proposal. The legal basis is your explicit consent, given when you tick the acceptance box on the form.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, once ended, for the periods required by law. You may request erasure at any time.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use technology providers acting as processors (form delivery, email and web hosting) with whom we maintain the agreements required by law.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to our contact address. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your country.

International transfers

As this is a remotely delivered international service, some of our providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases we require appropriate safeguards in line with the GDPR.
